Please read these terms carefully before using the br365 platform. By creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.

Introduction & Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between br365 and its users ("Members"). br365 (website: br365.bar) is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services for members in Bangladesh.
By accessing the br365 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Those documents form an integral part of these Terms.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the br365 platform. Minors ("for those aged 21 and above only") are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
br365's services are primarily intended for residents of Bangladesh. Members confirm that it is entirely their own responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online gaming and betting in their area.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device / IP address is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in all accounts being closed.
Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Information
When opening an account at br365, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. br365 reserves the right to close the account if false or misleading information is provided.
- Your full name (as per national identity card)
- Valid mobile number or email address
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank account)
3.2 Password & Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. You will be held responsible for any activity carried out using your account — whether authorized or not. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify the br365 support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
br365 may at any time request a government-issued identity document or other documents for identity verification. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until the verification process is complete. This process is carried out to prevent fraud and protect members.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
br365 currently supports the following payment methods:

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, bank transfers may be delayed during banking hours or on public holidays. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
4.4 Source of Funds
Members confirm that the source of deposited funds is legitimate. If any transaction linked to money laundering or other illegal activity is detected, br365 will immediately suspend it and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at br365 have the opportunity to receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, they must be wagered 20 times. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposited funds.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and betting markets on the br365 platform.
- If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, br365 will determine the order in which they are used.
- Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another person.
- br365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If it is proven that a member attempted to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the entire bonus will be forfeited.
5.4 VIP Program
br365's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback benefits applicable at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Tiers are advanced through regular play. The detailed conditions of VIP benefits are determined by br365 and are subject to change.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
6.1 Games & Betting Markets
The br365 platform offers live casino, slot games, cricket betting, football betting, and other sports markets. Each game and market has specific rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page.
6.2 Fair Play & RNG
br365 uses games from recognized software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others to ensure fair play. Slots and digital games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which makes every outcome completely random.
6.3 Bet Cancellation & Disputes
If any bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, data feed issue, or any other reason, br365 reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the relevant amount. Any dispute regarding betting results must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
6.4 Sports Markets
Bets can be placed on markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Market rules and conditions may vary depending on the type of event. Sports betting includes BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on br365. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds and winnings:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using coordinated betting strategies to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse)
- Committing fraud by filing chargebacks or payment disputes
- Using software, bots, or automation to influence game outcomes
- Exploiting system bugs or errors for unfair advantage and failing to report them
- Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
- Harassing or threatening other members on the platform
- Using br365's intellectual property without authorization
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 br365's Rights
br365 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Any activity that creates a security risk
8.2 Member's Rights
Any member may at any time request closure of their account by contacting [email protected]. Before closing the account, it must be confirmed that all wagering requirements have been met and there is no withdrawable balance remaining.

- Your information will not be sold to third parties.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Disruption
br365 strives to provide uninterrupted service as much as possible. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service provider failures, or unavoidable circumstances. br365 will not be held liable in such cases.
11.2 Technical Errors
If the outcome of any game or bet is affected by a software bug, server issue, or network failure, br365 will cancel that round and arrange a refund of the relevant amount. However, there is no obligation to provide any compensation beyond this.
11.3 Third-Party Services
The third-party game providers and payment services that br365 works with may have their own terms and conditions that also apply. br365 is not directly responsible for any issues with those services, but will cooperate to help resolve problems.
Changes to Terms
br365 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members through the platform or via their registered contact details.
Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions. You are therefore encouraged to visit this page regularly.
